Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  

Shipping Rates

Canadian customers:

For orders of 1 or 2 pairs of socks, we offer a FREE vacuum-packed Letter Mail shipping option via Canada Post.  This means we vacuum seal your socks to make them flat enough to mail as oversized letters.  There is no tracking with this method and delivery times are typically within 5 to 15 business days. 

For orders of 3 pairs or more we offer FREE standard tracked shipping via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.

Should our free options not meet your needs, paid shipping options and rates are calculated by the carriers and displayed at checkout.

US Customers:

Effective August 29, 2025, no product can be shipped to the United States unless duties and handling are prepaid.  As such, duties are now included in our product pricing, and shipping and handling costs are shown at checkout. 

We are currently offering free shipping when your purchase is $100 or more.

Shipping Time

Delivery times are indicated at check-out when you select your shipping option.  These times are provided directly by the carrier and we cannot guarantee them.  Typical shipping times within Canada are from 2 and 10 business days, and for the United States from 4 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us and the shipping option you select.

If you select our Vacuum-Packed Letter Mail shipping option in Canada, shipping times are typically between 4 and 15 business days, but we cannot guarantee this.

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.  If you are outside these regions and would like to purchase, please email info@pamperedsole.ca.    

Delivery

We do not offer a delivery service.
